Final funding approvals, rates, holdback percentages, daily/weekly ACH schedules, and contractual conditions are established solely by third-party lending and factoring partners. Bandit Capital does not guarantee specific match outcomes or absolute approvals.
3. Telecommunications & TCPA SMS Terms of Service
By providing your wireless mobile number and submitting intake forms on Bandit Capital, you grant explicit consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive recurring automated and human-initiated SMS/MMS messages.

4. User Representations & Business Purpose
You represent and warrant that all information provided to Bandit Capital is accurate, current, and complete, and that any financing sought is solely for commercial, business, or operational freight purposes and not for personal, family, or household use.
5. Intellectual Property & Governing Law
All content, logos, text, and visual designs are the property of Creole Brass Funding, LLC d/b/a Bandit Capital. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.
